"BRIDGING" in the Shenandoah Valley

Norfolk Southern train 15T soars over Moody Creek two miles south of Rileyville, VA (11/15//19)  This train, and its counterpart 18T have become DP'd monsters that have few controlled sidings where meets can be made.  Long waits and outlaws are the result.
