How many freights/day run between Grand Rapids, MI and Chicago on the former C&O?

The scheduled road freights are Q326 and Q327 between Chicago's Barr Yard and Grand Rapids' Wyoming Yard.

Not sure of the frequency of unit trains but there are no CP trains on this route.  Most of the CP trains run on NS' Chicago Line.  A pair of CP intermodals run on CSX's Garrett Sub.  They run as Q165 / Q166 on CSX.

There are coal trains to the power plant at West Olive just nort of Holland. I get the sense that they run more or less daily. 20 years ago this plant used to get a fair amount of central AP coal from KY/WV but I get the sense that it all now comes from the PRB via CHicago these days.

I haven't seen a coal train go up into Michigan on CSX through Toledo in a long, long time.
 

When would one expect to see the CSX trains in Grand Rapids/

Q328 leaves for Detroit in the middle of the night.
Q326 arrives from Chicago late morning.
Q329 arrives from Detroit around noon.
Q327 leaves for Chicago late afternoon.
