What would be the busiest Eastern US rail cam?

Trying to help out an older railfan that is largely home bound.

Try the Ashland, VA railcam. Numerous passenger and freight trains every day and they go right down the main street.

Railstream has several free railcams- the Fostoria ones are busy NS/CSX.

Highly recommend the Deshler, Ohio cam...lots of variety in a rather picturesque small town with iconic B&O color position light signals.
