Q: while this project enables CSX double stack access to the Port of Baltimore, are there still double stack clearance constraints between Baltimore and Philadelphia to be resolved before trains to/from NJ can handle double stacked domestic containers?

I wonder if Amtrak would run its Autotrain through there to a terminal further north than Lorton, VA.

I thought Amtrak could already get thru there, since auto racks already go thru there.

The Auto-Train's current schedule allows the equipment and crews about six hours to turn at each location.  Pushing either end (to Orlando, Baltimore, etc) would make that an unattainable turn, and the service would be in a 22 hour hold for the next turn
