Eastern Railroad Discussion > CSX: Unknown Structure being built over tracks near Folkston, GADate: 12/13/19 16:12 CSX: Unknown Structure being built over tracks near Folkston, GA Author: SouthEasternRailroad I was driving to Folkston from Waycross when I noticed a weird structure being built over the tracks near the south end of Racepond siding. I have never seen this structure, and it look like it is still unfinshed. I pulled over and took some pictures. I'm curious on what it is so any answers would be greatly appreciated. Also it was a foggy day so excuse the quality.

I'm sure the push to do PTC had something to do with the delay.
