11. The trainman on #42 has the door open and is spotting the Tyrone platform.

12. Moving west for a look at Cleveland Terminal Tower and the adjacent Midland Building, once the HQ for the C&O and the Erie and Erie Lackawanna.

16. And another heritage takes us by surprise - Lehigh Valley - NS 8104 is on the NKP several miles west of Vermilion having come out of Bellevue with Train 316. He had some issues with the DPU giving a locked axle indication that apparently was related to the parking brake breaker.

17. The troublesome DPU on Train 316. All looks good and the wheels are turning.

18. Next morning - December 28th - NS 9177 comes west with a nice load of doublestacks at Sunnyside east of Vermilion in the morning fog. There is a bald eagle that hangs out here that is just simply HUGE but was too far out to photograph today.

All still on December 28th.

19. CSX 3132 west on Q017 is caught at Westfield, NY on the former New York Central.

20. Parallel to the old NYC RR was the Nickel Plate now operated by the NS. Here at Westfield, NY is NS Train 206 heading for Ayer, MA with NS 9165 leading. The lead unit is about to hit the detector at MP 59.

21. Back on the NYC, now the CSX, is CSX 211 and 3231 on Train 635 with lots of garbage passing the joint NYC (Lake Shore & Michigan Southern) and interurban Jamestown, Westfield and Northwestern (Jesus Wept, and No Wonder) depot.

I see they touched up the Reading unit I think, that burn mark I thought was on right side, but I may be wrong.
