Chesapeake & Indiana Railroad Frequencies

After several years of railfanning the CKIN, it finally dawned on me that I might have better luck with the railroad if I knew what AAR channels or frequencies they used for operations.  After searching the internet and finding nothing, including the excellent Railroad Radio Freq website, I thought I would turn to the experts on T.O. com.  The railroad itself is not hard to follow, but it would be nice to hear them from time to time.  Thanks!
