Ethanol glint at MP57, Charlton MA.
Author: bob01566

We had another ethanol train come east on the B&A yesterday.
Caught it at MP57 in Charlton MA about a half hour before sunset with just enough light for some ethanol glint.
If these trains stay on this schedule, as the days get longer we'll be able to catch them in better light...

#1 - Just coming into view at 57.
#2 - Some serious ethanol glint.
#3 - More glint...

Enjoy -
Bob

Where are these trains heading?  Export?

They get handed off to the Providence & Worcester, which forwards them to Providence.  The ethanol is unloaded at the Motiva-operated tank farm along I-95, adjacent to the Port of Providence.
