Make the area truck accessible if its used by lots of trucks. If the train operators cant see or cant stop, slow them down. If the crossing is too high of a hump, require it to be lowered or otherwise be made safe and usable. Its an interference to interstate commerce not to make the road safe and usable by trucks. For some reason, you are placing a higher value on interstate truck commerce than interstate rail commerce. |
