NY&GL equipment leaving Passaic

The abandoned equipment from the New York & Greenwood Lake Railway - passenger cars, freight cars, locomotives, and a caboose - are leaving the now abandoned line, apparently moving from Passaic, NJ to points unknown:

Some LIRR equipment, retired 20 years ago, including an Alco FA power pack and a P72 coach.

Does anyone have information about Strategic Rail Services, the contractor mentioned in the article?  I could not find any information about them on-line.  I'm curious to know more about what services they provide to the rail industry.  Thank you in advance if you have anything to share.
