NS 905 track geometry train came by Monday afternoon heading east on one down to CP ROCK, then back to Abrams on main two, then up to Morrisville.  Friendly crew on the 905 as you'll see in the fourth pic and video at the bottom of post,

#5 - 14G splits the 24 signal on it's way east to Abrams.

#6 - H44 west, returning light with it's regular powr of NS 6945/6943 SD60Es.

#13 - 26T drops speed as it passes Port Kennedy Station in Valley Forge.  Preparing to cross the Schuykill River over to SEPTA, then the Morrisville line. 2/22/20

Lots to look at there! Rich Pattison and I videod that geometry train on the Morrisville Line in Fort Washington Park about 20 years ago. Still looks the same! I just bumped across the video the other night. No wave, no toot, just all business, westbound being shoved.

THE LACKAWANNA ENGINE IS LOOKING PRETTY SHABBY THESE DAYS.  HOPE THE WARM WEATHER PERMITS A WASH JOB.

They ran the same way the other day.  Conductor rode the platform of the inspection car 22 miles from Norristown to Morrisville.

Don't hold your breath.  If current corporate climate continues they'll run the heriratge units untill the paint falls off, then repaint in standard NS unless they sell them.
