Charger SC-44 # 4632 at Cumberland, MD - 27 February 2020

IDTX #4632 arrived in Cumberland, MD this afternoon in a late P030-27, Amtrak train #30.....

1) & 2) Near the "Bud Board" at the Narrows.

3) Eastbound at North Branch on the other side of town as they depart Cumberland.

What does IDTX stand for? I suppose it is safe to assume, not Amtrak.
