B772-20 slips thru the plant at Keyser, WV before Q316-18 reverses to double their train.

The B772-20 is running light engines west to Grafton, WV to bring the tonnage reduction cars east over the mountains for the next days Q316 to pick up in Keyser.

So, is this the old C & O line over the 17-mile grade??  If so, how steep is that grade, and even with modern power, the trains have to be cut in 2??

I think this line once saw lots more coal trains, so it's good to see any trains using the line.  Is the line threatened with closure??
