Utilizing trackage rights, here is a westbound Mohawk, Adirondack & Northern freight on the CSX main passing by ex-New York Central Tower 30 and the MA&N's enginehouse yesterday morning in Utica NY. 

The power: ALCo No. 2453.

The train is heading to Rome, approximately 10 miles from this point.

Interesting - I assume that Alco has had to be equipped with I-ETMC PTC equipment to operate on the CSXT (ex Cr, PC, NYC main) that I believe is PTC active.  Wonder how many Alcos are equipped nationwide?
