I did not realize there was any intermodal handled on the Buffalo Line.

Way too much tonnage behind empty flats.

This has been discussed before. These so called "Intelligent" people running the railroads today lack good common sense. They will try all kinds of impractical tricks to try to save money. This PSR is coming back and biting them in the A___. In the bygone days of railroading, empty flat cars along with other lighter empty cars were never placed up in the front of a long heavy train. These Bozos will never learn. Or else the RR's just consider it cheaper to have accidents than to fix the issues. Im shaking my head...
