Here is an NS Dining car that is used for the track gangs located in Bellevue Ohio as of now while in the area

Most likely ex-SOU baggage RPO built by ACF in 1950.  Probably the 1727 or 1728 but difficult to confirm.

It was the SOU 1728. See last car listed from Altoona Works website.

I caught that one a few years ago at LaPorte Indiana ... parked in the yard visible from the closed station across the tracks. Didn't know it existed until I saw it.
