Anyone want to tell me where the first official trains are under those symbols? They should now exist as running freights

Q439-23 near DC.

There is no Q438.

they ran an X438 last friday. (colliier yd to selkirk)       they have been trreatening to run x43823, x43824 and x43825, but thet have yet to materialize.  rumor has it that the
438's and 439's will run "as needed"
