We used to have a number of street operations in Baltimore in the bygone years but between the politicians and the extreme taxes for businesses, most of the manufacturing plants have moved away while others went out of business and thus we have no street operations any more. Love the locomotive on the curve through the building. Thanks for posting!

Those in-the-street switches look like they're made to throw out somebody's back. Tough to get torque on those short levers. Date: 05/25/20 08:35 Re: The Brewery Switch Author: ns1000 Interesting indeed....

I’ve had Saranac beer, but never Utica Club. Is it any good? Thanks! Dan Posted from iPhone Date: 05/25/20 16:42 Re: The Brewery Switch Author: ut-1 wabash2800 Wrote:

I believe it’s 131 lb rail. Made by Bethlehem Steel at Steelton Pa mill. Our order was months coming because the mill was going to roll ours when they did order for San Francisco [streetcar system]. I was talking the other day with an old timer who is very knowledgable about interurbans and street cars line here in Indiana. He said that suprisingly, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, T rail was more common in street trackage but they had their own peculiar modification when imbedding it in the street.
