Author: dschlegel I’m in Blandon, PA and am watching a stack train with mostly EMP containers, the train is calling signals as a 23Q. I didn’t see this symbol on the usual websites, can anyone shed some light on its origin/destination?

Only thing that is close is 23M, but that's out of E-port |
