Eastern Railroad Discussion > Reading & Northern at Days EndDate: 06/29/20 17:19 Reading & Northern at Days End Author: PC1073 As the day rapidly draws to a close, Reading & Northern train NRFF rolls along, crossing the new bridge
in the Lehigh Gorge State Park. The effort to get to this spot was well worth it. John R https://www.flickr.com/photos/twenty17teen/ Date: 06/29/20 17:27 Re: Reading & Northern at Days End Author: dschlegel Beautiful photo!!!

In many ways, this bridge and curve remind of SP's Cantara Loop curve--bridge, tight curve, and some grade involved. Does anyone know how tight this curve is? Edited 1 time(s). I was immediately struck by the painterly effect, and even wondered if it was a photograph. Wonderful use of light, color, shadow and composition. A very special image, and a well-deserved Image of the Day. Date: 06/30/20 08:20 Re: Reading & Northern at Days End Author: 2839Canadian How do you get into that location?
