A few July 4th videos from Washington’s Headquarters
Author: VFPNSFAN

While waiting for 21E yesterday morning, heard the whine of the motor, 63W comes west at 6:40AM with NS 1155, one unit wonder.  Washington's Headquarters is a 100 yards from the station platform.

21E charges west about 40 minutes later.

H44east comes past the station with quite a few RBMN hopers in tow.  First time I've seen H44 with RBMN hoppers one the consist.

What's up with that ex BM&LP hopper as the first car of 63W? Wasn't aware that any of those hoppers had made it off property, especially their original order.

H&K got them with a batch of used hoppers they bought at least 5 years ago, maybe 10?
Nice stuff as usual Doug.

Well, apparently more than one made it off the property, and, like many other hoppers on this 63W, are now owned by Haines & Kibblehouse.
