1) E780-01 with 130 empty hoppers arrives in Cumberland, MD. The inbound crew will set out the rear two units before taking the train to the Safety Stop" for a crew swap.

2) With a new crew on board, E780 heads west on the single main at Beall Street in Cumberland.

3) Passing the Potomac Edison sub station at the sight of the former Kelly Springfield tire plant, E780 heads west for Grafton, WV.
