For whatever reason, MEC 507 was released from the Waterville paint shop less than a week ago in Guilford paint, repainted from Pan Am blue.   It ended up in Boston Tuesday night, working the BO-1 local on Wednesday the 5th.   That meant there was a very good chance it would be on the local to Peabody on Thursday, and it was.  Fun chase with a lot of people out.   Rousselot in Peabody makes gelatine (former Eastman Kodak plant), and receives bone meal and hydrochloric acid by rail.   They are the last freight customer here on the North Shore of MA.
