Eastern Railroad Discussion > NS Ludlow Shop and 4610

I know the NS shop and Ludlow burned earlier this year and someone was looking for a picture of the building before then.  This was taken om May 5.1995 during the Southern Railway Historical Society meeting in Cincinnati.  4610 was all cleaned up and spotless.

4610 is now found in Chattanooga, TN in the local pool, working as GP59ECO 4663 these days.

Currently, it's in storage at Altoona, PA.

Wow, things do change quickly at present.  We had it on the AC18 local here just a few weeks ago.  It had done a previous stint over there, as well.  It was paired with NS 626.  Did they store the two as a pair or split those up?

The 626 is at Altoona, also.
