NS OCS running?

My brother has seen some Facebook talk of an OCS running today, probably currently approaching Harrisburg, PA,

Does anyone know which way it’s heading from Harrisburg?

Thank you! We just caught it at the Cleversburg railfan platform north of Shippensburg, PA. Symbol is 947. He’s stopping at Shippensburg on the siding. I assume to let 201 run around him.
