NS Action around Harrisburg, PA this afternoon
Author: sscannella

Color in the foliage is still a few days from peaking in the Harrisburg area, but with sun burning off the clouds from the morning, and a few interesting trains in the afternoon, I decided to head out a bit.

First we see 23M at Cove on the Pittsburg Line with the Lackawanna heritage unit on the point, starting to look a bit tattered.

Following behind 23M was 37A (Edgemoor, DE  - Conway, PA, after relaying and working thru Enola).  It's now commonplace DPU was placed right ahead of the solid block of autoracks.

Some may be offended by these, but I thought the graffiti / artwork on a few of 37A's cars was interesting and Halloween season relevant.

Last up for this series was a 956 Office Car Special which came up the Lurgan Line from somewhere down south (I don't recall what the event was that had it out.)

Nice video sequence. As for the stills, I hate graffiti, but the guy was a good artist.
