And it only becomes an issue, of course, if both trains in the meet are of this size. The dispatcher just has to be careful about where two trains of 12,000+ feet each do meet.

Nope, in fact it was held at Hague (north of Folkston) for Q025 because it wouldn't fit on the sidings at Racepond or Braganza. You are probably referring the SCWX hoppers. They have been leased to Orlando Utilities by South Carolina Public Utilities. |
