Where does NS Y90 run?
Author: twropr

Early on Nov. 10 NS train Y90 delayed two Amtraks and a MARC as it was moving about 5 MPH from NS' Port Road Branch onto Amtrak's NEC at Perryvile, MD.
Something was wrong with the power.  Is this a unit train or local freight and where does it run from/to?
Thanks!
Andy

My source of info may be outdated but it looks like a Y90 is an extra section of 590 which runs Shire Oaks to Baltimore or maybe not.

So wait... Cut the shop staff down to the bone and the locomotives are less reliable and fail more frequently? Who woulda thunk it?
