No mention of rail. It would be great to slice off a few shekels for rail improvements. With the number of gigantic monstrosity warehouses that have gone up in the area I have to believe it makes more sense to pull trailers ~75 miles to PA than to put them on a rail at.
Now if only PA would upgrade I78, PA 100, US22, etc to accommodate the massive increase in truck traffic........
