Unusual train at Horseshoe Curve

Watching VR grab bag on 11/12 there was a WB with several white tank cars and a long flat that was very unusual. Anyone know what it might have been ?

I saw the train on Grab Bag as well and surmised it was a hazmat training train.

It was Norfolk Southern's weed spray train.  When it went east, you could see the spray coming out.  I think the flat car is owned by a contractor, not Norfolk Southern.
