Hello:
Can anyone tell me if the webcam that faces the NS bridge in Cleveland is still active.  I have an old computer and my browser may not be compatible but I was able to view it not too long ago....Thanks in advance.

Yes. Shad run the river in the fall, and ship kick them up with the props and bow/stern thrusters. Hundreds of gulls will descend on a vessel when it comes in this time of year. They sit and wait on them when spotted.
