Wheeling stone train with the Rio 4 axle pair

Ventured down to Carrollton, Ohio to see the W&LE stone train there. I've photographed this train several times now but the branch line operations and having the 303/302 up front made the trip worth it. The weather was suspect at best with only a couple sucker holes so did what I could. All photos at Carrollton, 11-23-2020.

First-class set considering the weather. That building in photo two adds a great deal of interesting history to the scene.

I didn't realize two of the GP's were still in Rio Grande paint. That's pretty neat!!!
