Kind of Rocky at Fostoria ohio 11-29-30

Hi everyone. I Went to Fostoria today I saw this southbound grainer that had CSXT 513 leading that looked to had just been repainted not too long ago. Also had a ES44AH 2nd out. But one o f the cool things on the train was a Rock Island hopper car as seen in my photo.

Rats. I was expecting to see a Great Northern car based on the "Rocky" thing.... that was their mountain-goat mascot's name.
