OH Flood lights at Deshler?

I've noticed a new flood light unit at Deshler tower, facing the camera. Is that for another camera?

They are remodeling the tower. I imagine they are just new lights for security. Unfortunately they shine toward the camera.

Signal department is still in the building. They replaced (with cheap and smaller) windows and painted it. Not sure what else was done.

Bathroom updated. New lighting and so on
