Eastern Railroad Discussion > 2020 FavoritesDate: 01/03/21 10:47 2020 Favorites Author: Skuat Here's some of my favorite shots from 2020. Didn't do near as much travelling for obvious reasons, and the lack of trains on most of the Class 1's these days also didn't help, but still managed a few good days out and about!

Date: 01/03/21 11:19 Re: 2020 Favorites Author: dozerman Does the B&P still go down and load at Bailey Mine. And if so, how often.

TJY Date: 01/03/21 13:24 Re: 2020 Favorites Author: BruceStikkers I really like the last one. My granddaughter is finishing up her pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh and the UPMC (University of Pitsburgh Medical Center) building in the background is where she worked until very recently. That trench is really a neat place to watch trains.

Scoob, I think he's using a pole not a drone, but that's a guess on my part. Date: 01/04/21 14:13 Re: 2020 Favorites Author: ns1000 NICE pics!!

They use a CSX routing north of Brownsville so it is possible to catch them in the street running at Elizabeth, PA. You’re right on the money Alex, no drone used on any of the shots, some are just from on a building, but the Polish Air Force was brought in for others. There’s a picture of the pole in action at the end of this thread from last year... https://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?1,4843069,4843386#msg-4843386 Scooter Posted from iPhone |
