"Lights on...Nobody home" .....Woodbridge, VA

VRE station, Woodbridge, VA  (01/05/21)  Three hours on the top of an empty parking deck yielded four CSXT freights, three Amtraks, and one VRE......AND empty parking lots, empty platforms, and empty trains. VRE ridership has plummeted from 18,000+ to a meager 1,800.

Surprised to see a solid, albeit very short, Tropicana train. I thought that was a thing of the past. Has that become common again?
