A birds eye View of Wheeling & Lake Erie Shops

After the fire that destoyed one half of there locomotive shop there finaly ready to put the roof back on,Here a pic taken today of the shop from ontop the bulding,I did not take the pic,but was forarded it by and employee with permission to post,Enjoy a rare pic....Scoobydoobydoo

The black looking tracks are palets that new brake shoes are shipped on

This is the shop in Brewster, Ohio, right?  If so, good to know the building wasn't deemed unrepairable and torn down.

Interesting,the light colored #6984 looks real stubby, like it's been modified for some special or specific purpose.
Is there a smaller prime mover motor in there
Is it a kind of "yard goat"?

It's a standard SD40-2, but the rest of the rear of the unit is blocked from view by the second floor balcony of the shop.
