Nice catch, but any idea what, why?

Due to layoffs and budget cuts, everyone in the executive staff has been forced into one car on the OCS. 

That would be our Business Car starting it's journey to us.

Thank you, Bryan. The best description I could give was “It’s someone’s car going to someone, somewhere”.
BTW, as I’m sure you know, it’s made it to Woodbourne.
