Cranemasters near NS Ashland Ave. Yard

Stumbled across this huge Cranemasters crane today; it was very close to the east end of NS's Ashland Ave. Yard in Chicago. Any idea why; was there a derailment somewhere?

There was a derailment at the east end of AA on Sat morning. It might have been in the area for that.
