NS 12Z northbound by the Acorn Hill CPLs

On the ex-N&W Shenandoah Valley line, northbound NS train 12Z (Roanoke, VA - East Binghamton, NY) passes the southbound signals at Acorn Hill (south end of the siding at Bentonville, Virginia) this morning.

I thought NS might unload this line. Looks like they are getting ready for a tie replacement project.
