Here the carman are rpairing a boxcar coupler pocket and drawbar at
Willard Ohio blockswap yard today

Neat set of photos of something we don’t often get to see!

One thing is for sure though, I wouldn’t want to be the guy in the ground under the coupler and drawbar.

         From the looks of it, the coupler and end of frame pocket are NOT going to fall out on the guy. if it was broken and torn loose that bad, he wouldn't be under there and the car would probably be junked  ( frame damage ) .

yep he's under there with a welding stick so probably hangers have broken loose and he's doing them up.
