Eastern Railroad Discussion > First trip to Wyomissing Jct. last Saturday

We made a trip up to Douglassvllle, PA for Easter and worked in a quick trip to catch a few trains. First stop was a quarry just west of Birdsboro. Pair of units was sitting on the lead track and  the head/rear? end  (can't tell the difference) loaded GREX (Georgetown RR) train was on the track heading up to the quarry. Just grabbed a quickie from the shoulder of the highway.
Headed to Wyomissing Jct. from there. Shot 3 trains in 25 minutes. Needing my trackside "fix" pretty badly, I fell in love with the "Junction".

1. NS 1116 and 9491 at Birdsboro
2. NS 4185 and 9668 westbound at Wyomissing Jct.
3, Only a few minutes later, another WB came through with NS 4221, 4332 and 8045.

Next up was another WB with NS 4221, 4332 and 8045. An EB was waiting its turn in the distance.

Sorry about the quality of the pics. My camera misfired on those WB'ers. Don't like those in-your-face shots but that's all I could come up with. I appreciate y'all taking the time to have a look. Take care and be safe.
