Help Identifying Switcher at Bellevue, Ohio

Stopped in for a visit at the Mad River and NKP Museum in Bellevue and came across this switcher.  I have no idea where it came from.  Does anybody have an answer?  The cab looks as if it has been rebuilt.

She looks to be in excellent physical shape.   Who knows about the mechanicals?   

Nice to see her in almost her full original paint.
