It was on a train heading east. WCKR is a switching railroad that serves a large industrial complex in Milan, TN. This locomotive has a long history: Ex-LTEX 125/KMMX 125/RMPX 9345/GNRR 9345/CR 9345/PC 9026/PRR 9026/PRR 7926.

It looks like this engine is going to be set off at the Cumberland Valley Business Park that is the former Letterkenny Army Depot. This park is being operated by the Pennsylvania & Southern Railway
