Rockets over FEC
Author: JPB

A SpaceX rocket was launched at 0542 Friday 5/6/22 from Cape Canaveral as seen from the Cocoa FL live rail cam. Two minutes later, a northbound IM train passes. And then at 0547, as the nb IM train's EOT winks in the distance, the booster returns to earth.

One of the SpaceX update videos I watched on the tube showed a clip from the new virtual railfan camera at Waycross, GA. It captured the second stage continuing and the return burn of the first stage as it fell back to earth.

T
SpaceX launches from the Cape often show up on the Plant City and Folkston VR cameras.

I'm about a hundred miles south of the Cape, and see the ascent clearly.
