The "related video" of the live report that accompanies the text is describing the Norfolk Southern Conemaugh line derailment (with overturned locomotive or "tanker car" according to the reporter!) that occurred near Pittsburgh PA a few days back! Talk about fake news!

That "tanker car" thing drives me crazy.  I'm in media myself, and I correct that whenever I hear it and try to spread the word that "tank car" is the correct terminology.  I was pleased about a year ago when one of our local Seattle radio stations made the all-to-common mistake of saying the conductor was driving a train involved in an incident and actually got calls from listeners.  The station quickly corrected itself.

"Related video" is often unrelated. It's just clickbait.
