And some of the yards for which it reports are not very major, eg, Syracuse and Buffalo.

Date: 08/04/22 05:32 Re: Q regarding CSX Rail Service Issue Status report Author: MP403 CSX, like all the other Class I railroads, still file the regular weekly service metric reports with the STB here: https://www.stb.gov/reports-data/rail-service-data/#railroads-tab-content-1-4
These reports include the top ten terminals by volume. The additional reporting that was required due to the service problems includes smaller terminals, such as Buffalo and Syracuse, as you note.
