On this day in 1974 Richard Nixon announced his resignation from the Presidentcy effective the next day.


Hotter than Hades here in steamy humid sticky North Central Ohio today. Temp at 90 but feels like Hell.

Just a few for today to share:

1. 25V comes through with colorful international containers. Power is NS 7640 and 7709.

2. 61X, mty sand rips the town in half as he roars west with a friendly toot. Power is NS 9758, BNSF 5873 and CP 8516. Looks like the 9758 has a headlight out.

3. And one last one before hitting the air conditioning is the 315 over on the Nickel Plate bridge with UP 5136 and NS 9818.
