10.5 hours later, 1983 leaves Meridian

Well, when I posted my first shot of 1983 at Basic, MD early this morning, I assumed that I wouldn't see it again. Low and behold, NS took all day long to get the train into and out of Meridian. 10 and a half hours to be exact. Here i was able to get a pan shot of the train rolling through the small community of Russell, just east (railroad north) of Meridian, MS.
