CSX SD70MAC 4568 visited Cincinnati today in full view from the Western Hills Viaduct. Initially, it was to go to Indianapolis as a DPU, but it developed a minor mechanical issue that resulted in it being left behind. As of 8pm, it is planned to lead Q316-01 to Huntington and Grafton.

It's last trip on M316 between Grafton and Cumberland it was leading at "O Dark Thirty" ... something like 2 am. for us locals.

It ended up going north out of Queensgate on M510-02, which terminated at Walbridge, Ohio during the wee hours of this morning (10/4). There was then a make-up M810-03 that finished what would have been M510-02's trip to Detroit this afternoon. The reason: NS was replacing the diamonds at Ironville on Toledo's east side. Here's M810 crossing Ironville shortly before 1 p.m.
